In March this year, at a conference in Nairobi, Kenya, prominent theologians and church leaders agreed to work together to help end accusations of witchcraft against children. Next month (November), a similar forum will be held in Togo.

• Pray for more church leaders to receive training to improve their awareness of this issue, and their ability to respond in ways that uphold children's wellbeing.
• Ask God to open more doors for collaboration with church leaders and theologians in other nations, including Nigeria.
• Pray that research and studies published by these leaders will prove to be powerful in advocacy to engage churches in addressing this abuse.
